No momento presente, encontram-se disponíveis para consulta os dados e textos relativos aos instrumentos internacionais publicados em Diário da República nos anos de 1960 a 2005. A informação relativa aos anos anteriores será posta à disposição de forma progressiva.

Os textos a que poderá ter acesso, não constituem versão oficial, apenas fazendo fé os que se encontram publicados no Diário da República

Poderá utilizar TRATADOS consultando a lista de temas, de países ou organizações internacionais com os quais foram celebrados (no caso de instrumentos bilaterais) ou de organizações internacionais sob a égide das quais foram adoptados. TREATIES is a compilation of bilateral or multilateral instruments celebrated by Portugal with other States or international organisations, governed by international law.

At present, the texts of, and data on, international instruments published in the Official Gazette from 1960 to 2005 are searchable on line. Information concerning instruments published in previous years shall be made available progressively.

The texts available do not constitute an official version; only the ones published in the Official Gazette are authentic.

You can have access to TREATIES browsing by subject or by the countries or international organisations they were celebrated with (in the case of bilateral instruments) or international organisations under whose auspices they were adopted.
